IGNI Code of Ethics

All International Gaia-Now Institute members are required to agree to and abide by the following Code of Ethics.

Competence:

The Gaia-Now energy worker agrees to always provide:

Gaia-Now energy work to the highest level of competence they are able to provide.
Personal spiritual development to be maintained at a high level.
Education and the refinement of our knowledge, shall be an ongoing commitment of all members.

Confidentiality:

The Gaia-Now energy worker agrees that:

All information that is discussed with a recipient within the context of an energy healing session is confidential between the practitioner and the recipient.
If information obtained during a treatment is legally required by medical or legal authorities then the above clause will be wavered at the discretion of the practitioner.
If records are maintained, they shall likewise remain confidential and not be released to third parties.

Consideration and Integrity:

The Gaia-Now energy worker agrees to provide:

A safe, empowering and supportive environment for recipients receiving this form of Gaia-Now energy work or attunements and tuition.
To treat each recipient with respect free from all bias of any kind, and to uphold honesty and integrity in his or her energy working practice.
To work in an appropriate manner according to the requirements of each session.
Endeavour to comply with the laws of the land wherever they live in respect of their Gaia-Now energy work.

Disclosure and Advertising:

The Gaia-Now energy worker agrees to:

Provide each recipient with a brief written or oral description of what is expected to happen during a Gaia-Now energy working session, it is also agreed that Gaia-Now energy worker will not attempt to use this modality to assist someone who does not wish to receive it, irrespective of a third parties request.
Any recipient with serious illness or affliction shall additionally be provided with a statement of the limitations of Gaia-Now energy work, that it is not a substitute for medical or professional care by suitably qualified health care professionals.
Not engage in any advertising that contains claims of misrepresentations of the potential benefits of Gaia-Now energy work.
Not make claims nor advertise it as an alternative or complimentary therapy as such claims are misleading and incorrect.

Although healing and personal development are an intricate part of the Gaia-Now energy workers remit, members shall abstain from making any misleading comments or advertisements referring to claims of cures, miracles etc.

Referral to Health Care Professionals:

Since Gaia-Now energy work is a spiritual practice, the Gaia-Now energy workers agree:

Not to act in any professional capacity for which they are not suitably qualified.
Not to diagnose nor prescribe unless they are suitably qualified to do so.
Not interfere with treatment provided by a suitably qualified health care provider.

Should a suitably qualified health care provider request the Gaia-Now energy workers cooperation,
it shall be provided were appropriate with the consent of the recipient.

Transmission of Pure Energy to the Recipients:

The Gaia-Now energy worker is in a unique position, between the recipient and the higher Gaia-Now energy BEings and their own understanding, consciousness and pure intent which provides the Gaia-Now energy healing work.

In this position, it is vital that the Gaia-Now energy worker remains as a pure channel for the Gaia-Now energy BEings utilised during an energy healing session.

These connections must be devoid of any personal or external detrimental influences so that only the purest and highest possible energy, colour and light (as well as psychic information and guidance) may be brought to the recipient.

To help to facilitate this requirement, the Gaia-Now energy worker agrees to receive the regular
free Gaia-Now energy workers empowerments.
